Prof. Andrew Futter (University of Leicester) was joined by Prof. Nicholas J. Wheeler (University of Birmingham) in this exciting dialogue to university students. The talk was supported by TNA team member Dr Shivani Singh and chaired by Dr Archna Negi.
“Navigating the Challenges of the Third Nuclear Age” roundtable discussion
16 April 2025 – Centre for Air Power Studies & Centre for Security and Defence Research, New Delhi, India
Prof. Andrew Futter, Prof. Nicholas J. Wheeler, Dr Shivani Singh and Amb. Rakesh Sood questioned Cold War-era deterrence models in today’s world conflicts between Russia and Ukraine, Israel and Palestine, as well as nuclear armament by China and Iran.
The tour ended with TNA’s newly published book donated to Dr Manpreet Sethi who had previously contributed an endorsement on the book.
