Andrew Futter and Olamide Samuel organise South African conference

In September 2024, the Third Nuclear Age partnered with Africans Against the Bomb to organise a workshop at the Institute for Security Studies in Pretoria, South Africa.  The workshop grew out of a larger project led by Dr Olamide Samuel and Dr Vincent Intondi, which sought to bring tougher and different stakeholders from across the African continent to explore and interrogate Africa’s past and future role in the global nuclear order.
